Bay Ridge

Offering fabulous mountain views, the Bay Ridge community is located just off  Hwy. 11 at the bridge over Lake Keowee and is across the lake from Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards. This gated community is well established, however, lots and homes often do become available. Interior lots offer good views and do have deeded boat slips.

Beacon Shores

Opening in Summer 1997, Beacon Shores offers a beautiful landscaped entrance and several lots with beautiful mountain views, and gently sloping lots. Interior lots start in the mid $60's; waterfront lots start in the $150's and range up to the$400's. Boatslips are available for approximately $350.

Crest View

Crest View subdivision is a Crecent Resources, located on the west side of Lake Keowee, featuring 57 waterfront lots, many with mountain and open water views. These lots have gentle to moderate slopes and mixed hardwoods. Lots range in size from around ¾ acre to 8 acres; prices range from $155,000 to $400,000.

Moonlight Bay

The MoonlightBay community features a combination of interior & waterfront lots with nice views.  Located in the heart of Lake Keowee, this subdivision is restricted to single family homes with a 2000 sq. ft. minimum.

Pine Ridge Pointe

Located on the west side of Lake Keowee, this  small Crescent Community opened in late 2001.  Pine Ridge Pointe offers 27 gently sloping wooded lots with big water views; 24 are waterfront and 3 are interior lots. It is located near the center of the lake across from Keowee Key community.  The lots have lots of mature pines and most are gently sloping.  Interior lots begin in the $50’s and waterfront lots range from $200,000 to $420,000 depending on the view. This is the perfect community for retirees or folks from Atlanta, GA, hoping for a weekend retreat; Pine Ridge Pointe is only 1.5 hours away!

Pointe Harbor

Riverstone

If quintessential lake living is what you’re looking for, you’ll be sure to find it at Crescent’s Riverstone Community, where the majority of the lots are waterfront and nestled into a northwest cove of Lake Keowee. Southwind Bay

This small Crescent Community located just off of Hwy 188 on the South Shore of Lake Keowee. Southwind Bay offers 39 homesites that range from approximately 1 acre to just over 2 acres. 28 waterfront lots with open water views and mature hardwoods are available offering a gentle to moderate terrain. The Summit

The Summit is one of the most established communities on Lake Keowee. It is less than a mile from the city limits of Seneca and just 7 miles from Clemson.
